This section presents data on factors related to the health and wellbeing of young people and includes Young People’s Profiles and reports on teenage pregnancy for local authorities. It is maintained by the National Child and Maternal Health Intelligence Network.
Including the Young People's Profiles, these indicators allow areas to see how they perform against the national average and against other local areas when considering the key public health outcomes for young people.
The Young People’s Profiles support Public Health England's report, Improving young people's health and wellbeing: a framework for public health which gives practical support to councillors, health and wellbeing boards, commissioners, and service providers.
